DUES & Front Entrance Operation Facelift

 2023 Annual Voluntary Dues for each homeowner is $50. The majority of the funds go toward the maintenance of our neighborhood's front entrance which includes mowing, watering, fertilizing, trimming and sprinkler repair.  We NEED your dues to continue to have an entrance that all of our Copper Creek community can be proud of and to help keep our home values up. If you would like to pay more than $50, that would be wonderful too!

In 2019 Copper Creek initiated Operation Facelift on the front entrance.  During 2019 & into 2020 trees and dilapidated brick planters were removed. The ground was leveled.  Commercial grade liner was added and then covered with the river rock.  We asked for donations from the community and held a garage sale where the proceeds were donated to Operation Facelift.  THANK YOU TO ALL!

As we move into the maintenance of the improvements made, the upcoming phases are things like trimming/maintaining the crepe myrtles in the center median, maintaining/upgrading the flowers/landscaping in the center median, sprinkler repair, etc.  You can still donate to this need.  Just tell us that is what you want your donation to go toward.
